To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price).

Pricing is transparent and based on service tier (Serenity, Opulence, Grace) and home conditions.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We aim to exceed your expectations. If you’re not happy with the cleaning, we’ll send another cleaner to re-clean the home within 7 days—free of charge.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe service, we ask that you:

Provide access to your home at the scheduled time.

Secure any valuables or delicate items.

Inform us of special conditions, allergies, or cleaning product preferences before the appointment.

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive service-related texts, calls, or emails.
